Today's the day  . . . . . . . to be out and about

A lovely warm, sunny day to do whatever took our fancy.  So we've spent it exploring the nearby coastline - and getting to know our local bit of Pembrokeshire.

We went to Dale, the perfect spot to learn how to windsurf, paddleboard and sail in safety.  Then on to the Garden Centre at St Ishmael where they specialise in plants that will do well in coastal areas, lunch at Runwayskiln - and then on to the furthest point westwards on this bit of coast - Martin's Haven.  We climbed up to the lookout hut at Wooltack Point, where we had a great view out to sea and the islands of Skomer and Skokholm.  You can see Will's blip of them here.

The stonechat above was singing his heart out in the gorse and there were lots of butterflies on the ragwort (see extra)................
