Last Dance

Here we go for the last time. 
We four all dance at Northern Ballet in Leeds.
We knew each other from our classes there but have become good friends over the last year since we joined the Memories of the Future project for Bradford City of Culture.

All day filming at Salt’s Mill, much more efficient than l expected but we did over 30 takes in all.
We danced barefoot on stage at The Alhambra but had to wear the white pumps today ( they were dabbed in a mixture of sand and water to make them less bright).

Our group of Elders have vowed to keep in touch and plan to meet up in September. Who knows if we will dance together again, but l hope we do.
