Heaven on a plate

Yet another crazy day at work. Tomorrow's "half" day may look remarkably similar. So a lazy night tonight.

Moonlighting as a removal man at work on Wednesday = sore hips = not much sleep last night = less effective at work today = feeling even further behind. However, I resisted the temptation to bring work home with me and I was greeted by this beautiful entrée (or was it my tea?!) when I got home so this evening I shall relax aided by messrs paracetamol and ibuprofen* and then try and get a decent night's sleep tonight.

Oh to be young again. I've grown accustomed to old Arthur. It's part of me now but some days I could do without it.
