Protest

Friend and old activist Cliff announced his intention to sit  in  a public space for one hour as a personal protest  against the genocidal war crimes happening in Gaza.

His homemade placard included the words SCREAM and IDF MURDERS CHILDREN and shows someone being shot. The fallen petals of the pinned-on flowers represent children who have died.

We went to give some moral support. He mentioned that his late partner's mother, who was Dutch, had been active in the resistance against the Nazi occupation during WW2.
 This individual action was the least he felt he could do, whether or not anybody took any notice.
