Ball of stone

Tried to re-centre myself this morning. A walk, then sat outside a coffee shop and had a FaceTime with daughter J. An old friend I haven’t seen in years happened to pass by so I chatted to him too!

Work, when I got there, sucked me in, and spat me out again at 6.30!

I did walk around the field at lunchtime though and here is the stone ball in the middle of it.
