This morning I made some ice cream with Green and Blacks cocoa and some strong coffee, my latest addiction. 
Luke came and took us out to Straiton so Donald could look in Next. Donald bought a new jacket, a hat and a pair of trousers. Whilst there we had a Costa coffee, even my medium was enormous and Donald's large he could hardly hold. It was a great trip though and thoughtful of Luke. 
Luke spotted an Ioniser in the charity shop there and persuaded me to buy it, so, with some lavender oil it's working it's magic in my bedroom, well, I'll see if that's true when I go to bed!
