Too big to handle

Today I went to visit my sister and her husband for two days. The purpose was to geocache and take photos on Lake Puruvesi.

On the way there, I also visited geocaching elsewhere. The extra photos shows four photos. Pilkekirko, which was built by a local man from birch logs, in the middle of the forest in Punkaharju. 

From there, I went geocaching in the Huosion nature reserve, which is owned by the local parish. In addition to the beautiful, almost untouched and diverse nature, there is also a forest church where you can organize services.

In the evening, we also went boating on Lake Pyhäjärvi, where they live. There we saw Saimaa ringed seals, predatory seagulls and a wonderful sunset.
