Wednesday

The path to hell.....aka the dentist. 
Had the first stage of a crown fitting,  an hour of noise, vibration, a clamped tooth, mouth forced open with by a ring and a large bit of rubber.  It got a  bit much and silently cried for a bit. 
I feel so overwhelmed,  panicky, out of breath, emotional.  Really want to self harm but trying SO hard to distract and not, but.....

Earlier I went to the bank and chemist and chopped away at a bush that was getting in the way of our front door.
