Bobbing along!

Had an appointment with the cardio person.  Entered her room and she plonked herself down on one of these chairs with castors then proceeded to whizz around the room on the chair. She Asked  do you do much exercise says she with her bahookie firmly planted on the whizzy chair!!  Honestly what a comedian!
Saw this guy bobbing around Crinan, he was doing quite the cardio workout while sitting back to front!
