friends and family

A trip to A&E for me this morning. thankfully nothing broken however yesterday, in the interests of getting a photo, I jumped from one rock to another (lower) one, but landed rather heavily on my heal, immediately collapsing in pain, much to the amusement of Mrs Tom (She's a Nurse, they don't do sympathy for husbands)

She did at least get the picture of me in mid air which looks kinda cool (but must remain as amusement for family members only for the time being)

After A&E it felt a bit like our house was grand central station. lots of phone calls and comings and goings of various friends of the boys and family members. lots of catching up done and lots of playing.

Here, Son#1 and friend experiment with how far they can push their luck before falling in the duck pond. Surprisingly far it turns out.
