Stronger than me

I spotted this lady on my way back from the chiropractor who has, in just three 30 minute sessions has given me back full movement of my neck which was still very stiff after my bout of torticollis.  It always amazes me how these ladies carry heavy items on their head, a skill developed from a very young age I guess.

I had an upset tummy last night so I am really feeling the cold today, I feel like I am dressed up like a mummy with so many layers on.  No heating in the office means we take turns to have a wee while in the sunshine to get some heat into our bones.

I think hot soup will be called for tonight.
