Venus in ascendancy

The sky was clear for the walk from Grafton Station to Te Whetu Tawera. After a few photos earlier in the walk, when I saw the moon appearing to be in the leafless branches of a tree I knew I had today's blip. Even more so when I picked up the bright spot higher in the sky from Venus.
