Happy Birthday.......

...... to my Niece Christina today, I have never met her because my Brother went to live in Canada when I was 8 years old & never returned.
The rain came just when I was going to hang out washing, so I chose not to do anymore today; instead I started on the Housework before visiting Joan.
Afterwards I went for a walk to ESK & then St. Wilfreds Charity Shop, but on the way I saw these Sunflowers, looking very pretty.
I bought 2 David Walliams books for my Grandson & a Walking Stick for me to deal with some unruly weeds from my neighbour; plan to scoop them back over the fence.
Home for Lunch then made some Blackberry Jam, only problem is they haven't set, but I'm sure they'll still get eaten. :)
