A different view!

I actually ventured a short walk away from the cottage this afternoon. This is Faldonside Loch, below Faldonside, the house where the owners of the cottage live. I've blipped it before and actually stayed in a cottage overlooking the loch, but that doesn't stop me from blipping it again, of course: the light and the season are different from other blips. I walked round the loch and I've got an extra of a blue damselfly. I saw a pair of swans but no cygnets, a number of mallards and a couple of little grebes.I couldn't get very close to the loch and might have seen more birds if I had, but it was very overgrown and I didn't have my machete with me.

It had clearly rained during the night but it's stayed fine since then with quite a lot of sun. 

I've now added an extra of the view from the cottage - the same view as all the previous days that I've been here. It's looking grey, but there are different tones of grey.
