The NBN man cometh

We have accomplished the move with a failed modem (struck by lightning) and no Internet. This wasn’t easy. The difficulty was compounded by the fact that Telstra’s systems seemed to be incapable of dealing with more than one of the problems at a time. Finally today the man from NBN arrived and did some magic at the node. (NBN - National Broadband Network.) Bingo! Everything is working. MG, who has spent many hours under the desks among the cables, can finish setting up our computer network.

Later post script: I inadvertently used a similar shot to the one in a blip on 13 July. MG hasn't actually been under the desk all the time since then, though I'm sure it sometimes felt like it.
