Sold

Mum was a little emotional when she saw the sold sign on her house. It was a huge day for her today,  we signed her Right to occupy application for a larger room at the care home, she paid the deposit and now we wait for the lawyers to sort the fine print for both deals. 
We were out all day with mum so are rather weary this evening. Cooking dinner was out of the question so we ordered take aways.
