Buffalo

I gave a friend a lift to Townsville today as I was traveling in to have a long weekend with my little granddaughter, Quinne and her mum and dad.

We stopped at Prairie for a break and I took a few photo of the Buffalo that lives in the paddock behind the pub right on the highway. I look for him/her every time I drive past hoping to see him close enough to the fence that I can get a decent shot of him. Today he was very obliging and walked over to the water hole that is quite close to the fence.

We met Thom's new Granddaughter and her parents there, they were on there way home as we were traveling to Townsville.
