Intra-Muros in Saint-Malo

We left Lantheuil just before 11:00 in the morning and drove to Saint-Malo. 
It was interesting to walk the narrow streets of this old town area and go up on the ramparts to see the view. Lunch in the sun, coffee while it rained and before we went to our next destination we drove to La Cité d'Alet (where Saint-Malo's first inhabitants settled in the 1st century BC, if I understand it correctly). 

We had booked rooms in a nice little hotel in Lamballe-Armor, Hôtel Lion d'Or Lamballe, and after check-in we went out for something to eat. Decided to try ROCCA in Rue Dr Calmette and it was brilliant! Great service and good burgers and fries. Highly recommend! :)
