Meadow Vetchling

Lathyrus pratensis

This vetchling is in the front garden, the urban meadow. It scrambled through the box hedge and is just starting to flower now. A wildflower week entry with thanks to Miranda. 

An unhelpfully early start today which was disappointing after my relaxing bedtime yoga last night. It's been wet and humid but there's some blue sky now. A lovely and long overdue zoom with my niece in Maastricht followed Flora's morning walk. Then I made cheese scones for lunch and to go in the freezer for later in the week. 

Loads to do in the garden then an hour of calm yoga this evening.
