Columbia River

This morning I picked up mom and dad and drove over to Frenchman's bar to take my blip and give them an outing.  Mom is able to use her walker with the new cast on her arm and we walked her to a bench where she sat while dad and I went down to the waters edge.  There are such good people in this world, dad sat down on the sand and he had difficulty getting back up,   I was a little ways away and yelled at dad to wait just a moment, a nearby fisherman came over and helped him up and was  so kind in how he spoke to him, "sir" and "everyone needs a little help sometimes".  I ran over along with another fisherman who then walked with us to where mom was waiting on a bench.  All good and we stopped to pick them up a burger on the way home.  Not many photos were taken, but a good outing.
