Sweet Thames run softly

Another outing for the old bus Mr. Beewatcher owns a share in, this time to a small bus event in Hertford.
It’s a long way from where the bus is kept in Surrey, so an early start was required for us to leave our home in Sussex in good time for the trip. 
I say good time, but I’m not sure that having to get up at 5 30 a.m. in any way qualifies as good.
However, the event was well supported, lots of people enjoyed a ride on the bus, and a new first was achieved when the bus crossed Tower  Bridge, in one direction in the morning ( top ), and in the opposite direction in the evening.
No mechanical faults, so a good day was had by all.
