Sugar Loaf mountain en masse today and, although we had an hour of rain on the way up, we didn't need to put our waterproofs on. Vera looks exhausted here, she's several years older and suffers with asthma... but she did it!

Fi and I ate out this evening at The Crown at Pantygelli, just up the track from the hostel. Very nice food and I had a half of their scrumptious cider.

Later saw me lying on a very narrow padded seat in the hostel lounge. I've been unable to get comfy for my back and three evenings of uncomfortable sitting has left me feeling worse than before I came. The climbing and walking has been great, but I'm ready to go home.
