More fun at the fair

Thanks for all you good wishes.   They must have worked.  Apart from some general aches (from probably lazing around in bed more than anything else) and a mild cough I have felt a bit better today.  So much so I was up and dressed at noon, and was able to slowly clean the house, do a very tiny bit of gardening, a couple of loads of washing and changed the sheets.  Now changing the sheets will definitely make me feel better.

Maggy needed a treat and so I took her down to Horseshoe Bay for romp.  I have avoided it since May because of the people living in their cars etc down there but mainly because it has been a timber yard since we had those floods and rains back in May.    Some people have made little shelters and there is a massive bonfire waiting to be lit.  (see extras).  Maggy had a ball.  I am not sure whether the council or Port Authority are just waiting for the next flood to wash them away or whether there will be a clean up.   

The Winter Fun Fest (Fair) is on the foreshore parklands behind the beach so I grabbed another shot of the rides.  Blip done!
