Oyster Stew

Used the last of the oysters that we brought back from Oregon. I followed an on-line recipe from Emeril. How I love recipes! Never made oyster stew before, and it was so delicious! All you have to do is read. Served with Mr S's signature sourdough baguette, and a yummy salad with tomatoes from the garden. Oh, and a really good beer.
