Sea Mills Harbour

In the early 18th century, a dock was built here where the River Trym meets the River Avon in what is now a suburb of Bristol.  However the dock was abandoned in the 1760s apparently (according to Wikipedia) because of poor land links with Bristol. Some ruined dock walls still exist.

The viaduct carries the railway line from  Bristol to Severn beach, further north.
