Octopus thinking

I saw a mention here in Blipland of Peter Godfrey-Smith and his book Metazoa: Animal Minds and the Birth of Consciousness, and became curious. Googling further there was more on him and I found a note where while observing an octopus, he was made aware of the octopus observing him. 
Couldn't find anything in Finnish, but found his octopus material in Swedish. That's what I am reading now.
