Yum !!

I've fallen for these traditional Finnish treats called Karelian pies.  Made from very simple ingredients of rye flour and water with a filling of rice or potato they are quite simply delicious.

I'd like to try replicating them back home but I know from previous cooking experiments that we don't get the range of flours in New Zealand that are available in Europe.  

A pity . . .
