Gravelling

…on a track of my small model railway. 

The gravel is made from the original material that is used for the Austrian railroads, ground to meet the 1:87 scale. Then wait for two days to dry.

After having spread the gravel in between the rails, and superfluous grains (marked by arrows) are removed from the sleepers (one by one by a small brush), a special glueing liquid is poured on the track.

The procedure is training one’s patience.
