what a day!!

first of 3 long days (0800-2015) today and work was busy and noisy with wee babies crying all day long!!
Came out of work to the rain and it was dark!
My head was thumping so sat down with a nice cup of tea and now going to watch an Australian soap I recorded, out of the blue. Perhaps the Aussie weather and lovely beaches will clear my head!!
I'm currently on a healthy eating plan at the moment, fresh fruit, salads and veggies, but I bent the rule tonight and had 2 chocolate biscuits! yummy!
