Meet the neighbours...

They seem friendly, possibly too friendly - I was quite glad of the fence between them and me. 

I am now installed in my home for the next week, a cottage a bit south of Melrose in the Borders. Does anyone else have moments when they are gearing up to go on holiday when they think they will never get there? I've had several over the last few days. It's been a glorious evening so I've been trying to make the most of the sunshine as the weather is due to turn tomorrow and be fairly dire for the rest of the week.

There are some extras of the cottage, complete with hot tub and outdoor shower and one of the view which isn't looking as splendid as it actually is because it's looking straight into the sun.
