Nasturtium

Another flower growing in the medicinal garden near my building. I really like these bright flowers.

Therapeutic qualities: helpful in treating respiratory conditions, urinary tract infections, skin issues and it contains antioxidants like vitamin C and polyphenols.

Both the flowers and the peppery-tasting leaves can be eaten, for example in salads.
