Timber Training

We headed over to Carbatec in Balcatta for a woodworking training session.  Graeme our trainer has been involved with the Company for many years and we were very sad to hear that the Company is closing its Western Australian branch.  It is truly a sensational store when it comes to woodworking tools.  This was to be the first of many for women who are members of the Subiaco Women's Shed, but it happened to be the first and last.  Graeme showed us an ingenious tool for seamlessly joining two pieces of wood.  It will definitely be a device I will be investing in before too long.
