Treasure

We were looking out things to give to college for a mock living area to teach Independent Living Skills to STEPS (formally Personal Progress) students.

They wanted a TV, DVD player and vacuum cleaner.

We had them all! We nearly had a games machine for them too but our ancient PS2 failed to start!

Then I had to search out all the cables to connect stuff together, a much more difficult task. I found this treasure in the bottom of a box of cables. They used to adorn Nana's house when she had a converted stable block. It was all wooden beams which were decorated with brasses. For a while we had some of them next to our fireplace in the old house, but they are not for a modern detached property.....

Anyway, safe from harm, they may yet adorn my cottage when I escape to the country........
