Roof herb garden

After blipping the sacred cloisters of Glasgow University the other day, I've moved to the city centre and to Glasgow Caledonian University. Whilst this place can never hope to have the history and stature of the "old" place, it is, in a lot of ways, quite funky.

This is the herb garden - it's unusual as it is on the roof of the library! The garden produces enough fresh herbs to keep the kitchens going for most of the year.
