Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

Murphy’s skin is very irritated and he’s feeling pretty miserable. He’s pretty much glued to my side…

Except for the twice a day when I have to clean his legs and neck with an antiseptic wash. Then he’s anywhere else. At speed. Anticipating my next move*.

The wash has to stay on for 5 mins before being rinsed off, except no one told Murphy who helpfully tries to expedite the process by licking it all off.

I feel very sorry for him. The skin on his throat has been shaved and I’m a bit worried he’s embarrassed about it. Like having a goatee with an accidentally shaved bald patch!
