5.15am Before work

Our neighbour has a new bike doesnt use.
So said I can borrow.
The reason I sold  my bike unsafe roads and boy they are worse now. This is country lanes, cars,  lorries like your not there.Hats off to blipper Chris G.. must  have nerves of steel.
It feels lovely and quicker mileage xovered on bike to running.. well thats not difficult for me.
Love waking up with nature and the rabbits going off to bed.
