PIE NIGHT !

Another warm sunny day. Washed down the garage door & recoated the garage door frame.

Nicola picked us up this afternoon to take us to the Fracture Clinic at SMH. The fracture is still visible on the X-Rays & so the Doc wants to see me yet again in 3months. He wasn't concerned that the foot is numb halfway heel to toe, & think it is probably my gait which will hopefully get addressed when I get my new boots next week.

Peter sold his & Trudy's house today following their split. It went in 24hrs. I feel sorry for both of them but its difficult as we like both of them and feel quite drawn. He's had a very difficult few days so as we were going out for dinner tonight we asked him to join us. We went to the 5 Bells in Weston Turville & I have to say it was jolly good food ! I had Steak & Kidney pudding & Chips, whilst Peter went for another type of pie & Carol something more healthy.

It was a nice evening, & Merlot was waiting for us when we got home. The nights really are drawing in. It is 2030 and almost dark.

The old TV I tried to sell to Rich is now the new PC monitor upstairs & the car mirror didn't fall off following my refit yesterday or was it the day before.
