Flying squirrel by-pass

What to do when a highway passes right through the main travelling route of local flying squirrels ?? 

You build a by-pass of 'trees' on both sides of the road to provide an aerial passage-way for the squirrels from the dense forest on one side of the highway to the dense forest on the other side.  Easy :))
