I found everything on my book shopping list.  I also came across an owl book which wasn't but looks very interesting so I will file that on my mental list until I get through this new batch of novels - thank you blip buddies for recommendations the other day.

When I was hanging out with Devin last week he brought up a friend from our SF days and had I seen that he'd published several books?  No.  Since then everywhere I go, there are his books, on displays, being reviewed, etc.  Funny.  So I bought one today.

The extras are of a delightful balloon installation on the landing up to the art/photography section (where I found something else I was searching for).  The negotiations between people wanting to be photographed by it or just simply get past was amusing.  

A toasty 92ºF, still quite windy.  The transition from heat into aggressively air conditioned spaces not always very comfortable, in my opinion.
