The girls both had dance camp again today. Muireann is preparing for her first performance at the South Uist Highland Games. And Rowan is being filmed today by BBC Alba for a documentary about growing up in Uist - a remake of something they did a while ago. Watch this space!

Muireann to go to the cafe for an ice cream on the way home - but the freezer was broken. So we got chips instead.
