The glamour...

What a horrible day weather-wise, not that I had any chance to get out anyway. Its been a LONG day in the kitchen. The first couple of hours of making were great and then it was all downhill. 

I'm having problems with a new product I'm working on - it didnt help that I'd bought 5kg of the main ingredient in the wrong format (pellets instead of powder).

A very frustrating seven hours or so, trying to get the pellets to melt without success. A couple more things to try tomorrow before giving in and either investing in a grinder, or buying it in the correct format (both options will cost roughly the same amount).  

Hey ho, tomorrow is another day and I will crack it one way or the other!
