Garden with a view

Today, DotT, Elbows and I had the delight of visiting SkyeMan and HatBox and their new home. Hatbox was working but we met up with her for lunch and afterwards. SM had taken the day off. We did 3 packed full car loads each from the old rented house to their new very own house.

This view is literally from their back garden fence. Their house is high up with fields all around; a fresh breeze and the ultimate feeling of space. It’s wonderful. They have huge plans for the inside of the house which was configured a bit oddly by the previous owners. SM will be doing most of it himself. As an architect, he can see and wonderfully, he can also do.

I am / we are so delighted and excited for them. Their baby is due early October so some bits have a higher priority than other bits.
