Lily.
Who remembers 'Pictures of Lily' by the Who? That's going back a bit. Well here's another one-one which I have played with. The lily is one of two from a bouquet and is a stacked photo. That is focussing on a part at a time and moving the camera up a small bit at a time until you have photographed the whole flower. Put all the photos into Photoshop and let the computer blend and align them. I highlighted the flower' cut' it out and pasted on to the background. I had spent the morning photographing smoke from a sandalwood stick and did get smokey shapes. The idea to have the flower against or slightly hidden by the smoke. Well that wasn't successful, so you 'got this one instead!' I also highlighted the flower by not only using a head torch, but adding 'soft light' to the image from PS. Finally darkening the back ground.
By the by it has rained all day. Tomorrow I may go out, but that is weather dependent.
