To rant, or not to rant . . .
. . . that is the question!
And finally ‘rant’ wone.
I had one in the camera from half six on this morning’s early Biskit walk. For some reason all three shots were a little fuzzy – the baby camera was possibly a bit disgruntled at being woken up and expected to work properly at that time . . .
So as not to waist a shot it’s at extra, and it would have been titled “Harvest home again” as it is a follow up from the first hay harvest in the same field back in May.
Anyway, this morning I got very frustrated and angry with a large supermarket chain where I usually get our fruit from. Purchased yesterday and stowed in the fridge, but when opened this morning one end of the box was covered in mould. These things do happen, and my thought was to warn the local store rather than worry about a refund as we live a good trip from Bourne.
Although there is a local telephone number on the receipt to call your local store it goes straight to the national enquiries line. There was nothing up front to give a quick heads-up to a store, either by telephone nor email. So I wound up with a central ‘complaints’ email and told them what I thought of them.
A bonus is that grapes just qualify for a TinyTuesday entry, better than the field.
It started to rain here about an hour or two ago, but what a damp squib. 0.6mm so far and not a lot more coming by the look of things. That will evaporate before it gets to the water tank.
Many thanks to JDO for hosting TinyTuesday this month.
