The Stream…..

…….. in Pollard Park early this afternoon. It made such a change to have a sunny day. Almost mild too. And a load of washing dried on the line outdoors. A bonus. In between tasks in town I took Ruby for a walk in Pollard Park. She wore a training collar, “Sportdog”, one we have had for many years….often on loan to friends. It made such a difference. Ruby sweetly trotting along on a loose leash…. Perfect. I allowed her to introduce herself to other folk in the Park. She was really well-received.
Photos I have seen social media from Riwaka and Marahau in Tasman paint a very grim picture. The aftermath of the two storms is horrific. It will take a very long time for clean-ups to regain some sort of normality. Kia kaha.
