Orkandian love

Recent trip to Orkney meant I was asked what I would like when they got back, humm now let me think, Maybe some Yarn! That was seen as a challenge and they scoured the shops for 'Authentic' Orkney wool and found this fab skein of grey.

I am not a snob, any wool would have made me happy, the brighter the better, but this is so soft and enough to make gloves or a hat so all is well. I haven't decided what to make yet as the very act of deciding is as much fun and the setting up and the making and the finishing.
