Largo
An open top drive over the bridge to Fife. First to Largo for the arts festival and fell in love not as much with the art which was slightly underwhelming but with one garden, belonging to incredibly talented wood sculptor Alan Faulds. This totem atop the phone box is one of his too, his garden as quirky as could be with sculpture, tiles, light catchers, puppets and beautiful selection of plants. If you get the chance go!

Onward for a gorgeous flatbread with chilli prawns in Elie sitting outside baking in the sun at the Ship Inn. Carried on along the coast to Crail for an ice cream then headed homeward. I always forget how nice this part of the world is and as I only venture in good weather, it always looks so sparkly and bright. Could see so clearly across to NB where we were yesterday and watched the haar drop on the golf Open.
