Half repair

On the right is the wall that has had the old cement removed and has been repointed with lime and on the left is the wall which has had the cement removed but is waiting for the lime to be re-applied.

This rear wall was in a right state and the use of cement had made it worse rather than better. The neighbour on the other side did some repairs after he moved in about a year ago, but to be honest it mostly made it worse rather than better. My wife has carefully undone his bodge and done it properly (on our side at least).

Another hot weekend here - though we did have a thunderstorm and some rain in the afternoon. I've also finally caught up and I'm actually blipping on the day of the blip!
