Sunday 13th July, 2025...

This morning was Moreton Bay Road Runners time trials... I went for a walk beforehand so I could then help out on the BBQ to cook breakfast for the runners... It was a lovely morning...

Then mid morning my world collapsed...
I actually went to my best friend's house to see him and his wife and that's when I learnt about all the lies he's told me over the past 20 years... I've been such a fool... I trusted him so much...

So I'm devastated, things keep going around in my head... I have so many questions that'll never get answered truthful now...

My heart is beaten up pretty badly...
