Sanguisorba obtusa

No common name, known as Sanguisorba. Like many plants people know them by their scientific name. e.g. Forsythia....anybody know it's common name....not many do. 
However in Japan this Sanguisorba is known as Nanbutouutisou, (don't think it will catch on)
